A real mainstream tour with little danger and much enjoyment. Up to Pfrontener Alpe via forest paths and forest aisles, then moderately steep and free slopes to the summit.

An easy, short and popular tour that can be done in almost all conditions. In the lower part, it leads along a forest path and a "DAV Skibergsteigen umweltfreundlich" (DAV ski mountaineering environmentally friendly) certified route in the reforestation zone, and in the upper part along beautiful, free and only moderately steep slopes. Only the trail through the forest in the lower part can be unpleasant on the descent when icy. In the upper, free area, magnificent views of the Allgäu and Tannheim mountains reward the efforts of the ascent.
