Magnificent mountain hike on the Schönkahler in the Tannheim Valley

The Schönkahler is located north of Zöblen. Compared to its surroundings, it is a rather unremarkable peak. Tolle Tour, die wie vom Autor erwähnt nicht überlaufen ist. Das Panorama rund um den Schönkahler ist einzigartig und lädt zum Verweilen auf dem Gipfel ein. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Herbsttour bei traumhaftem Sonnenschein. Wir haben auch oben am Hotelparkplatz unser Auto abgestellt. Die Straße ist nicht so schlimm, aber man kann drauf verzichten. Der Rückweg durch das Moor hat uns gut gefallen. Der Abzweig ist nicht ausgeschildert, man sieht aber den Verlauf eines Pfades. Vorsicht bei Kilometer 7,1 quert man auf diesem Weg eine Pferdeweide. Die Haflinger sind sehr neugierig und sind gleich hergekommen. Alles lief aber friedlich und ruhig ab, trotz unseres Hundes. Wer allerdings Angst vor Pferden hat, sollte lieber den Hinweg auch als Rückweg wählen.
