Die Kammeregg-Alpe liegt auf 1200 m Höhe an der Nordflanke des Grünten.
Von der bekannten Alphütte führt einer der beliebtesten Gipfelanstiege auf den Grünten. Die Alpe Kammeregg bietet in der Stube sowie auf der Sonnenterrasse Platz für je 50 Gäste. Auch bei Familien ist die Alpe beliebt, da Kinder auf dem großen Spielplatz toben oder die Tiere streicheln und beobachten können. Die Küche bereitet Brotzeiten, Kuchen und warme Speisen zu und achtet dabei auf eine regionale Herkunft der Waren. Die Alpe bietet 30 Übernachtungsplätze in zwei Matratzenlagern an.
